Non Chlorinated Sanitizer For Dishwashing What Exactly Is Non-chlorinated Bleach?

What exactly is non-chlorinated bleach? - non chlorinated sanitizer for dishwashing

I was checking the labels on the clothes before washing and they say something like: "Do not use bleach, if necessary," or something
As non-chlorine bleach so different from ordinary bleach solution?
[I mean, I know that there is no chlorine, but how it affects my clothes?]

Basically, "oxygen bleach. Clorox II is a non-chlorine bleach (Clorox II without chlorine bleach). There are also other brands of chlorine, but what comes to mind first.

Looking for a good explanation of oxygen bleach, I did not have an item placed on the market, and a link in the sources listed below.

without chlorine bleach in it.

I think that is how it protects the shape or color or something. I'm not sure.
